Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1,999.
  • A flat rate of ₹99 applies to orders under ₹1,999.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within India. Remote areas might take up to 10 days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across most PIN codes in India. No additional convenience fee is charged for COD orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Items bought during clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
